Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Introducing the sweetest shepherd girl, Indie!🐾
Indie’s foster mom describes her as “the kind of dog you want to foster fail,” and she would if her house wasn’t already full! She has the most beautiful brindle coat and a traditional herding breed body type - she is long and lean with a beautiful snoot! She has the sweetest personality and can be timid at first, but warms up relatively quickly and once you earn her trust she is the most loyal girl. 🥰
This pretty girl loves to play ball! Indie is a master of all things (like the smart shepherd she is!) she loves to cuddle and will spend her day laying by your side, but also loves to play and be active! 🎾
Indie does great with other dogs! She has built a lot of confidence by being with other dogs and seeing that life is not so scary, so another dog in her forever home is a must! She is great with the kids in her foster home as well as the cats, who she mostly ignores! 😇
Indie is not a fan of the kennel although that is something that her foster family is working on. She is a very intelligent dog that learns new skills and adapts to her environment very quickly. She is a playful young pup that has learned happiness in life and we can’t wait to see that continue with her forever family! 🐶
For her forever home, we believe Indie would do best with at least one other dog but would also do alright in a larger pack. She would thrive in a family that is active and can take her many places with them: the beach, camping, hiking! She definitely needs a fenced yard and plenty of space to run. Indie is an amazing pup ready for the perfect family!❤️
