Meet Wade!
This sweet senior found his way to BrightSide as a stray and now is waiting for his forever home. Besides being absolutely 100% adorable, this 85 pound pup is a loving and kind rottweiler who has been great with all of our staff and volunteers. Wade has become our gentle giant here at BrightSide and we cant wait to make updates on wade as he spends time here.
We do not know how wade does with cats and require a meet and greet between him and other pups in the house.

Wade's Special Needs
This dog was diagnosed with kennel cough on 07/29/22 and had treatment administered while at Brightside. His cough has cleared, but he still may be contagious for several weeks following his treatment. Kennel cough is contagious via nasal droplets and coughing so we recommend keeping him away from other dogs in the household until at least 08/20/22 to minimize the risk of transmission. Many dogs are already vaccinated against Bordetella and we recommend ensuring any other dogs in the house have this vaccine prior to bringing this dog home. If a meet-and-greet is necessary prior to adoption, this is at your own risk of potentially spreading the cough to your current dog.
