My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Did his ears, smile and gorgeous caramel eyes catch your attention? Meet Reese! This 2-year old boy is a big, loving, snuggle bug! He arrived to us a couple weeks ago from a kill shelter in California, and has since been relaxing and soaking up home life in the comfort of his foster home.

This guy is so goofy and lovable. He is potty-trained and knows several commands: sit, down, paw, drop it and he is working on leave it. His recall is getting better every day, and he would thrive in a home dedicated to continuing his training. He is true to the breed and very eager to learn.

Reese loves belly rubs, snuggling and chew toys. He is very affectionate and gives kisses. He loves to chase and be chased. He also really enjoys watching tv!

His ideal home would be someone active who enjoys hiking, walking or running to match his high-energy. Another playful medium/large dog is a huge plus. Must have a secure, tall fenced yard. At this time, we prefer a home with NO CATS.

Reese is such a catch and is looking for his forever home! Due to the vet shortage and difficulty to get him scheduled for a neuter, he can be adopted out on a neuter contract. He is microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations!
