Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Howdy, howdy, howdy! I’m Ricky Bobby and I am a new boy in town! I was born and raised in the South and now have moved to this beautiful area, looking for my furever family. I am 8 years old and a pleasure to have around. I get along with other dogs though I do like to be the center of attention. At my foster dad’s home, if I see my brother getting pets, I will stick my nose in there just so they don’t forget to pet me too! I just love pets and being snuggled by humans. I am a very confident dog, I mean, just look at me, of course I am! When out and about, I stop to smell the roses everywhere! Sometimes I need to be reminded that we are on a walk, not on a smelling excursion. When we see other dogs on our walks, I make sure they know I am here! I am such a smart boy that I have gotten used to walking in the city and pausing on crosswalks. I mean, it’s so much fun when you go downtown and everyone is walking and driving around. When it is time to play in a yard, I will display young puppy energy but when it’s time to come back in, I will show my true colors and find myself a comfortable spot on the couch and just chill! When I am happy, I will show off my toothy grin, especially if I am getting some lovin’ or a yummy treat. One thing that does confuse me a little are squeaky toys. I mean, they are cute but make such an interesting sound when squeezed! Who knows, I will probably get used to them and end up loving them. I am searching for my new family, a family who will take me on adventures even if it’s around the neighborhood, a family who will let me smell the roses and then snuggle with me.
