Siva was rescued from an empty yard by a neighbor. She has had many owners. Siva plucks her feathers. Siva is a sad case in many ways, but she has kept a sweet spirit. Siva talks, dances, and whistles. Silva is slow to trust new people, because of her fear of being abandoned. She needs a home with someone to love her and enjoy her company.
