Arthur is a character, when he sees you he is the happiest he can be! Protective yet small biggest class clown in the room. Loves people and other dogs, would be a perfect lap or purse dog, he is trained on the pee pad and is an amazing listener. When used to you Arthur can also walk without a leash! He is photogenic and can be a perfect model for little clothes. I will miss Arthur for I am moving, but he will always have a special place in my heart ❤️
