Meet Lucky!

Help us prove that Lucky is still lucky! This handsome guy was in a shelter in Tennessee for over FOUR YEARS. But, he’s now here in Illinois in a foster home and he is THRIVING. We thought, wow his name really does fit him! But yet, he’s been adoptable for months without any interest… We know the perfect home is out there for this dashing fellow. Help Lucky feel lucky again!

So, a bit about Lucky to give you an idea of just how great he is:

Lucky is super laid back. Looking for a couch potato to serve as your loyal companion? Lucky’s your guy! Looking for an easy adult, not wanting to do all that puppy chaos? A quiet dog who never barks? Lucky checks these boxes too!

Lucky has been great with the other large dog in his foster home, and he’s been wonderful with all the kids he’s met too! This boy is sweet, chill, and pretty good on a leash. He loves bones, but isn’t too interested in toys. To be honest he’d rather spend most of his time cuddling up with his people. After all his time in a shelter, we cannot wait for Lucky to find his forever home!
