With his easy-breezy personality, it should come as no surprise that Viento takes his name from the Italian word meaning wind. This boy gets along with everyone he meets - people, other cats, and even dogs. He's friendly but not demanding, playful but not too intensely, and he does not mind just hanging out and doing his own thing. Siglinda Scarpa is a potter and a sculpter who owns 3 acres of fenced-in property in which she houses up to 258 homeless cats.The Refuge is a sanctuary for these cats, who never have to leave, but if they are adoptable, the cats are posted on our website and taken to adoption events in the community. The more cats that we find homes for, the more cats we can rescue.
