Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey friend! I’m Hoopla!
Now you might be wondering how I got my name. It means “excitement” or sometimes “agitated.” See that picture of me when I was a little baby? I sure made a “hoopla” about being held! I was a loud little guy! Now that I’m a bit older, I get so excited to be held or to be the center of attention. I can still be pretty talkative, but now it’s because you can’t give me enough attention! I’m sure you’ve heard from my siblings, but growing up as a celebrity, you get used to the attention! Now, there’s never enough of it!
I’m grateful that my mom, siblings, and I have been able to grow and live here at Pope County Humane Society. However, I can’t lie and tell you that I haven’t dreamed about having my own family. As much as I love my family and extended family (aka the other cats here), I’m ready for my furever home. The staff tells me that I am a playful, sweet, and curious boy. I’m hoping I sound like the one for you!
