My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Liberty is a young mother who came into rescue with her kitten, Sparkles. Liberty is very shy and mostly keeps to herself. She loves windows and would love to go to a home with big windows for bird watching all day. Liberty is a petite girl and really looks more like a kitten. She will let you pet her (on her terms) until she feels comfortable. She has had no issues with any of the other 6 critters in the house (small dogs & cats). She's been quiet in that we've never heard her meow or hiss. Due to being shy, she needs an adult-only quieter home without a lot of commotion or coming/going or new guests. She is totally house trained (loves feline pine litter). She is a Jedi master at hide and seek, but is very predictable in her hiding spots. We love watching her come out of her shell. She would do well with a more confident cat friend (may we recommend Sparkles?). Liberty is a very special young lady who deserves the very best home!

Liberty is a Domestic Longhair who was born approximately 5-1-21. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and dewormed. Adoption fee is $150 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care. If interested in adopting one of our available cats or kittens, you must first complete an online adoption application at https://dollyslegacyanimalrescue.org/adopt-cat/ You will be contacted by our adoption coordinator via email after your application has been reviewed & approved to schedule an appointment. ***If you are serious about adopting, you must first complete and submit an application on our website.
