Ella or Ella Bella as we call her is a beautiful girl looking for an active home! Ella is 2 years old and loves to go for walks and car rides, she is very good in the car. She gets along well with most dogs, but prefers a playful but not overly rough playmate. Ella does chase cats so she needs a feline free home. In her previous home she lived with children and did very well with them, but will need to meet any children that will be in her future home. We were told she is a lab/rottie mix but she looks like she may have some coonhound in her bloodlines. Ella can be vocal when left alone so she won't make a good apartment dog. Being home with another dog may help her be home without her people. Her previous owner was home most of the time with her and this may be best for her new home as well. Ella has a lot of energy and will be great for walking and hiking with. A fenced in yard is best for her as she has taken off when allowed loose in her previous home. Ella is not liking the shelter life and needs to get into a home ASAP. If you would like to give this beauty a home go to our website spfldhumane.org and fill out an application.
