Frankie is loyal, playful and silly. He loves belly rubs and playing with toys. He loves his people and will be by your side. Frankie is true to his breed, his adopters should be familiar with heeler behaviors (healing, mouthy but gentle guiding). Frankie is waiting for his new best friend. Hes got so much love to give. He is very smart and would love to learn new things. He loves to lay next to me in bed.
