My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Tiny little TiTi!  TiTi came to us with her friend/sister Cuddles, another Yorkshire Terrier.  They are breeder surrenders. TiTi is around 6 or 7 years old and weighs a mere 5 pounds!

Tiny Ti is a lovely little dog.  She is still a bit skittish so she will need a loving and patient new family.  She does not have one bit of aggression in her tiny body!  She is just nervous and cowers when she is reached for.  All of her past interactions with humans have not been great and we are teaching her every day that life is over with!  Her foster mom will let her sleep in bed with her or take naps with her.  Ti is starting to get the idea that life in a home isn't so bad.  She will definitely need another small dog in her new home.  She really depends on them for security and confidence.   She is not leash trained and will need a fully fenced, secure yard (no invisible fences).  She is fine with cats and has not been around kids but older, respectful kids would be fine.  Ti is not housetrained and she will have accidents in the home.  She uses pee pads too.  Ti loves to eat and cannot wait for meal time!  She will take treats from her foster mom on occasion too - usually, she prefers that you place them near her so she can gobble them up.  TiTi can be a howler!  She will definitely let you know when something isn't right.  She was initially upset when Cuddles separated herself from her and she would howl until she could find Cuddles.  Other than that, she will bark on occasion at normal dog things.    Ti is very much like a puppy mill dog and will need a person or family that understands she is still a work in progress.

TiTi is now spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated, and tested neg. for heartworm.  She has also had bloodwork done and a dental with extractions.  Her adoption fee is $400
