Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Peewee, he’s a sweet and loveable little guy. His previous owner said that he would always greet her in the mornings with a toy in his mouth and if he couldn’t find a toy, he would grab whatever was close by even if it was a small piece of paper and he would bounce around on his front feet vying for her attention. Out of all the siblings I think he was the most devoted and attached to his Mom. The whole time we were there he sat in her lap while the others stirred around. He will be a little cautious with strangers at first, but once he gets to know you, he will be your best friend in the world. Peewee is the most dominant of the siblings, but for the most part they all get along and enjoy running around and playing with each other. The lady that owned them had some health problems and felt she could not look after her dogs like she needed to. She decided that they deserved better and asked us to find them great new homes, where they would be the center of attention and loved dearly. He has always lived with an older single lady, so he hasn’t really been around kids. Peewee is sure to bring a lot of enjoyment to some lucky person or family. His Mother is a Shih Tzu mix and Dad was a Spaniel mix. He is 22 ½ months old (dob 8/26/20) and he weighs 30 pounds. He has been neutered, 4DX heartworm tested, micro-chipped, fecal tested, is current on all vaccinations, worming, heartworm and flea prevention. His adoption fee is $400.
Peewee is being fostered in Tennessee. Once adopted he will be transported to his pickup location by a professional dog transport company. Our rescue ships to the Northeast area every week and his fee includes transportation. Due to state laws, we are not accepting applications from residents of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Maine since we can’t adopt directly to those states.
