Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We got a call about a bunny roaming the wilderness who seemed to be a domesticated rabbit who might have been dumped. When we rescued Simba he was in terrible condition. He had tremendously long, overgrown nails. Splayed out so bad, that he was not able to hop or walk around correctly. He was very malnourished an severely infested with ear-mites. His ear-mite infestation was so severe that they had spread to his nostrils, chin, head and neck. He had severe cuts and damage to his skin from the mites. Leaving his whole face and ears, covered with scabbed and oozing skin. His ears were weighed down by the scabbing, causing them to be stiff and very painful. This little bunny had such a spirit of defeat, and you could tell that he was in a lot of pain & discomfort.
Through it all, this little guy was always so loving and sweet. With a little TLC for the past 2 months, Simba has made a complete recovery. He is now back to his true self, free of discomfort and living his best life! He is full of joy, and is thankful to have a second chance. Simba loves to be pet, and enjoys the company. He’s an energetic little guy, waiting for his forever home.
