Meet Markie!
Markie came to us on 5/4/22. He was adopted, but then returned because they wanted a cat they could carry around a lot. Sad. Poor guy... Like many cats, he's is not used to being held and carried around. Some need a lot of time to gradually get used to it. There are methods to train a cat to be carried...just look on YouTube! Once he gets to know you, this boy is incredibly loving and loves to be petted.
Markie is about 2 years old and a super handsome tabby/white boy. Markie is a precious cool dude! He's looking for a home how wants a loving companion, but not expecting too much of Markie too soon. He gets along with the cats in Kitty City and probably would do okay with a dog that's laid back.

Cats are $75 (plus $12 for rabies tag if you reside in Macoupin County) which includes full vetting, Felv/FIV testing, microchip and spay/neuter. 💚
