Michael Jackson and Raven arrived in our care as young kittens from the same No. Carolina shelter and immediately became best friends and playmates. Now 10 mos old, they have been growing up in foster care and are eager to find a loving forever home together. Our longest residents, they are very affectionate with their foster dad, entertain themselves during the day and share his bed at night. But, as is often the case, they take time to get comfortable with new people and shy away when a stranger comes to visit. Most adopters want immediate gratification and are not willing to trust that these teenagers WILL come around in time. Maybe you are the exception and are patient and willing to give them a chance?
