Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi, I’m Jetta, a gorgeous and sassy pit bull mix. Do you like my ears? I like to wear one up and the other down. It’s just my style! I’m 8 years old, 45 pounds, and black and white in color. I’m looking for my forever home where I can be your loyal and fun companion.
I’m a vivacious and playful girl who has good energy and loves going on runs, long hikes, and is always ready for the next adventure. I’m house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. I’m spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm negative, so I’m healthy and happy. I’m great with humans of all ages, but I prefer to be the only dog in the home so that all the attention is on me. I love to be spoiled rotten and constantly showered with affection.
I’m a special girl who has a lot of sass inside my compact little body. I’m happy doing whatever my humans are doing and always want to be a part of the action. I have a strong prey drive, so no small animals for me and a 6 ft fence or apartment life is a must.
I’m a wonderful dog who is one of the most loving dogs you will ever meet. I am ready for a home of my own where I can be everything to my new family. I’m currently being fostered in Hampton Roads, VA but can be transported out of state for the right home.
If you’re looking for a loyal and fun companion, I’m your girl. Please fill out an application and my rescue will be in touch. I can’t wait to meet you!

More about this rescue
Our Mission
Operation Save A Shelter Dog is a foster based, IRS-recognized 501c(3) rescue whose mission is to work with shelters on the East Coast by saving dogs at high risk of euthanasia or that have little hope of adoption in their current condition. Not only is it our goal to find furever homes for our dogs, but also to educate the public on the importance of spaying, neutering, vaccinating and providing preventative care for their pets.
