Hope is a sweet, happy and fun girl! She’s approx. 1 1/2 years old and 17 pounds. We think she’s a mix of Chihuahua, terrier, and Italian Greyhound. Hope is in Rescue because her owners had a baby. She does require a 6-foot high, privacy fence as she escaped a few times from her previous home. She would love a young, playful, canine companion in her new home, but she would also do well as an only dog provided she gets plenty of exercise. She LOVES to go for walks and is pretty good on a leash until she sees another dog and must say “hi!”, so some training would be good for her. She would also be a great hiking buddy! She likes to cuddle on the couch and sleep in bed next to her person. She is potty trained and can be left free reign in your home because she is not a big fan of the crate. She goes in, but expresses her displeasure of being in there. Hope is used to having someone home with her during the day. She does have a high-pitched bark, so a shared-walls home would not be best for her. Hope likes older, respectful kids, and other dogs. We are unsure about cats. Hope is spayed, utd on vaccines, HW-, and chipped. If interested in meeting Hope and giving her a real forever home, you can complete our application at https://www.corgisandfriends.com/forms as the first step. We require the application, home and reference check, and meet with everyone in the home. Hope’s adoption fee is $325.00 and we are not doing any out of state adoptions.
