Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB: 6/5/2018
Breed: Terrier Mix
Meet Georgia, the perfect dog for just about any home! Whether you’re looking for a hiking buddy or a snuggle partner, she’s got you covered. Georgia loves her outdoor adventures, but she’s equally happy to lounge around and relax. She’s great with other dogs, cats, and does amazing with kids too. And if anyone’s being a little annoying, Georgia’s signature side-eye will definitely keep them in check! Her sassy personality and goofy antics will keep you laughing. Georgia is truly one-of-a-kind and ready to bring joy to her new family!
She LOVES food and will be your BFF for some treats. She can be protective of her food and may need some training or to be separated from any pet siblings while she eats. This will make her feel more comfortable during mealtimes. This sweet girl is just waiting for you to give her a good home.
She's currently in foster, if you'd like to schedule to meet her, give us a call at the shelter! 417-272-8113.

More about this shelter
Our facility was opened in 1978. We have 7 employees. We provide a pretty good life for our shelter animals while always trying to get them adopted into new loving homes. We take cats PetSmart in Springfield every two weeks. We also take advantage of as many remote adoption events as possible. We receive no funding from any city, state or government agencies. We survive through donations, fundraisers and our Thrift Shop (resale store) located in downtown Reeds Spring, MO. We also have a Guardian Angel Program. Guardian Angels can provide care for a specific animal for $25 per month. They receive a picture of animal, bio and periodic updates about their adopted pet. We have a spay/neuter fund and take donations for that. All of our pets are spayed or neutered prior to adoption.
