My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Azalea is 1 to 3 years old and is a very timid pup! She enjoys cuddles and attention. She will wait till you go pick her up and will take her time to come near strangers or new dogs. She gets along fine with children and other dogs once a proper introduction has been made. Azalea is kennel trained and pee pad trained! She knows commands like “go outside” and “go to bed”.

Azalea tested positive for heartworms when she was first rescued. She has since finished the 3 month treatment. Azalea should be tested in 6 months to ensure that the heartworms have left her body.

Azalea will arrive in Battle Creek, MI on 07/30/2022.
