My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bo is 9 years old, goofy and full of energy. He acts like a 3 year old.

He belonged to my mom but I took him after she could not take care of him any more.

I will be leaving the area once she is in assisted living. I plan to travel nurse, making it difficult to have someone take care of him when I am gone. His need for companionship and "entertainment" would make it unfair for him. I care too much about him to do that to him.

Because he is big and has claws, he needs someone able to handle him and pick him up, cut his nails and has the ability to play with him. Not recommended for older adults or children under 10. He is too big for most elderly and needs someone able to understand how to direct him, ie.,not a young child. On the other hand, an older child would be a great match.

He is indoor and has been all his life. Because he is strong and has claws, I would be concerned about him with other animals.

He loves meeting people and is very passive around vets and groomers.
