My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there! I'm Henry and I'm looking for my forever home! I'm just a baby at around 1 year old but I have had a tough life so far. I was found wandering the desert with suspected chemical burns on my skin. A nice man took me in and the rescue got me treatment. I'm feeling much better now! I don't let my past get me down. I love meeting people and am super sweet and polite. I'm crate trained, potty trained and like to put myself to bed around 8pm every night. I have mastered "sit" and "stay" and am working on "down" and "off".

I'm good with other dogs and have learned to leave my kitty foster siblings alone. I love going on walks and exploring and then chilling out with a good bone. I'm also an amazing lizard hunter! If I had to describe myself, I would say that I'm a ball aficionado. Tennis balls are my jam! I also love water so watch out if you are taking a bath or shower - I might just pop in and join you! I'm a huge fan of soft blankets and will carry them from one nap spot to the next.
