Zeus` Compatibility: Dogs - Meet & Greet Cats - Looking for a feline-free home Kids - Prefers grown-ups
Zeus has been through more than any dog should, but this sweet and sensitive boy is still holding onto hope for his happy ending. Once he trusts you, he’ll be your most loyal and loving companion.
Life hasn’t been easy for Zeus. He faced abuse at a young age, leaving him cautious and unsure in new situations. But this incredible dog has so much potential when given patience and kindness. During a two-week training program at Paws & Play, Zeus showed how smart and eager he is to learn, especially with a consistent routine to help him feel safe.
Zeus loves chest scratches, car rides, and working on food puzzles. He’s happiest in a quiet home with a steady routine and understanding people. Loud noises, sudden movements, and unfamiliar places can make him nervous, so he’ll need adopters who will introduce him to new things at his own pace.
This boy is ready to leave his past behind and start fresh with a family who will embrace him for who he is. With patience, structure, and love, Zeus will reward you with loyalty, affection, and the joy of seeing him thrive.
Are you the one to give Zeus the safe, loving home he’s been waiting for? He’s ready to meet his forever family—could it be you?

This is an amazing feat for any organization…let alone one that takes in some of the most abused, injured and seriously ill animals imaginable.
