Looking for a sweet ol’ gal to hang out with? A laid-back lady to accompany you on evening strolls and sunny afternoons in the garden? Well, I might just strike your fancy. Name’s Martha and I am a 10-year-old Chihuahua mix patiently waiting for my day to come….the day I find my forever home. I am affectionate and just love attention, especially a good neck rub! Us older folks need a little massage now and then…it’s just part of getting older, right? The sore muscles, a little dental decay here, a cataract there, the occasional trip to the family doc…. Ya, I know how it goes, and I’m sure you understand too. I am hoping that this new forever home of mine will come soon—equipped with a soft dog bed, plenty of TLC, and a daily dog biscuit. Older folks will suit me well, I am just not looking for the energy young children provide, but I do just fine with respectful dogs or cats. So hey, maybe tomorrow will be my day? 10 years old-9lbs. My adoption fee is $160 and includes microchip & registration, spay, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.
