Here's what the humans have to say about me:
** Contact us at yourfriendlypaws@gmail.com **Alana is a beautiful Maine Coon mix kitty on her description and not Purebreed about 4 years old. She is a friendly girl who loves attention. She has lived with other cats but doesn’t like dogs and there are none currently in her foster. She was rescued because her previous home could no longer care for her and she had her eartipped. Now, she has been spayed, is combo tested and FIV positive, has her rabies and distemper shot, dewormed, flea medication and microchip. Would you give Alana a second chance to find a new family that would cherish her? She keeps waiting for a home?
Also, Being FIV-positive means that the cat has antibodies that have been exposed to the virus, although it can take years, if ever, before the cat develops any FIV infection and clinical signs referred to as Feline AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome of Cats). If a cat has FIV, it does not necessarily have Feline AIDS.
FIV is only contagious among cats and difficult to transmit. It is also slow-acting, so cats generally do not show any symptoms until years after being infected. They can live a normal long life and another non FIV kitties if the cat is not aggressive.
Please e-mail Yourfriendlypaws@gmail.com to inquire and/or receive an adoption application for the cat that you are interested in adopting to start the process then once is completed we can arrange for you to meet her
The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, FELV/FIV test, vaccinations, deworming, rabies, (age permitting). All cats/dogs over 4-6 months of age are already spayed or neutered, has been vaccinated and microchip
