My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Up for adoption in Texas: Clarabelle. This beautiful yellow pup is about 11 weeks old and weighs 15 pounds.

Clara is a fire cracker! She loves to run and play and then take a nap to recharge. She enjoys playing with her foster siblings and toys of all kinds. She is a shoe thief so you have to keep an eye on her. She is very smart and is working hard on potty training, she's almost there. She loves to get a treat after going potty outside and will wait to come inside until she knows you have a treat.

She's great with other dogs. We don't know how she is with cats. She's a high energy pup. She's very friendly to people.

Clarabelle is still very young and everything is a chew toy. We wouldn’t recommend a home with small children or older pets.

She sleeps in her playpen or crate at her foster's home and when they leave the house. She goes in without a fuss and you will find her in there even when she doesn’t need to be to take a nap.

She knows her name and her foster family is working on the commands: sit, leave it and go potty.
She loves toys of all kinds and loves puzzle toys. And chasing her foster dog siblings while trying to bite their legs.

She loves attention and to be around her foster family. She loves to sit on your lap in the evening and get you to play with her. She will lay on her back and try to bite her feet and tail with your help. It is too cute!

Clarabelle is adorable, but still in the nippy/bitey phase. She is a puppy and will grow out of it but everything is game. She loves shoe strings, especially when you are wearing them and walking by. She will attack your feet and hold on to the shoe strings. Once she is fully vaccinated we'd strongly recommend she and her new family enroll in a positive reinforcement puppy training class, they're so much fun.

She is a super cute puppy with lots of energy. She will make a great addition to a family that is active and has time to spend with her. She prefers to always have people or dogs around but will happily nap when you leave. She loves to play and can play for hours.

She has age appropriate vaccinations and is microchipped. Apply at www.luckylabrescue.com
