BIO: Hi, officially I'm Maggie but my human mama called me Kitty Koo when she adopted me 9 years ago. I was her only kitty but when she developed Alzheimer's, she began to have trouble caring for me. My mama got confused and a lot of the time gave me nothing but a big bowl of kitty treats. When her family realized she couldn't care for me, they called ARC for help in finding me a new home. I was taken to the vets and had my ear infection (cleared), diabetes (reversed) and weight brought under control. I get along fine with calm dogs but prefer to be the Queen of the castle. I love to get attention but I won't be in your face constantly demanding it. I don't play much anymore but I love to get and give love.
RESCUE: I was originally part of a Trap-Neuter-Return project but I couldn't go back to the colony so I went to another location where my human mama saw me and asked to adopt me. I am now looking for a furr-ever home again.
FAVORITE THINGS: Getting pets! I love to get loving! ADDITIONAL INFO: Best as an only kitty; inside/outside due to litter box issues FOOD: Purina One adult GOOD WITH: Adults, older kids and calm dogs

More about this rescue
Like the animals that come our way, Animal Rescue Connections (ARC) may be small but we make a big difference in people’s and animals’ lives. Primarily serving Bulverde, Comal County, and Northern San Antonio, ARC is an all-foster based organization with volunteers who are passionate about our adoption, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and helpline programs.
Located in Bulverde TX, we are an all-foster organization, caring for our rescued animals in our own homes. Because we are not a shelter, we cannot take in all the animals we get called about, but we can find the "connections" you need to help you with your rescued, lost or found animal.
