Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Onyx is a petite, 45lb GSD bundle of love and playful energy. She came to us from SEAACA, a high kill shelter in CA, where she was in grave danger and covered in ticks. Intitially shy when we first rescued her and on her freedom walk, she quickly melted the hearts of the veterinarians and staff when she was in their care. Thankfully, all ticks were removed, she is healthty and she tested negative for all tick for infections. She is now here with us in CT and every day she opens up and blossoms more and more. She loves to play with other dogs and is a little pocket rocket- often the center of play here at the rescue. She loves treats and is motivated to please. She gives kisses freely once she knows and trusts. She would likely love a playful sibling and will benefit from gentle, positive reinforcement training. She is completely up to date on all vetting, spayed, chipped, crate trained and house trained. Onyx is really a little gem and will make some very blessed person or family a wonderful, loving best friend and companion.
