My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wynne was a stray found on a deer farm and was not welcome there. Thankfully we were called to rescue he and his mother. He is one of the sweetest dogs we have! He's a big boy that lives for love and attention. He is was pretty thin when we took them but are overall healthy. Wynne has been neutered and is up to date on all vaccs and is looking for just the right family that will love him forever! He currently lives with his Mom Wynona and would be open to a meet and greet to meet your dog. He is now walking on a leash and learning new things every day! New year -New home is his dream come true! We are guessing he might be mixed with Great Dane. He is large but super sweet.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

We have a simple contract ensuring that our rescue will be well taken care of, medically and physically, will never be tied or chained, and that a secure fenced area is provided for outdoor play. We want for each a loving home and to become part of a family. Every animal is up to date on shots and spay/neuter is required.

Go meet their pets

We are open 7 days a week by appointment. Weekends are preferred. Come see our waggin' tails and happy faces on 22 acres with large runs and a 5 acre play area. Email to ask for directions and to make an appt.

More about this shelter

We started rescuing dogs in 2001 and became a non profit animal rescue in 2006 out of the sheer need to save animals from the streets, and pick up the ones dropped at our doorstep. We promote spay/neuter, and last year found forever homes for 129 animals from our location, and adopted over 400 through off site adoption..
