My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet boy was a little on the shy side but has made great progress since. We know he would flourish and trust quickly in a loving and steady furever home. Tygr gets along with others and likes to take walks on the leash. Come and meet this sweet boy soon. Tygr is a low maintenance dog that just needs a home and family. He does great in the car and is an easy going boy. He was recently at the Vets and was an excellent patient. Everyone commented on how beautiful he is!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

We have a simple contract ensuring that our rescue will be well taken care of, medically and physically, will never be tied or chained, and that a secure fenced area is provided for outdoor play. We want for each a loving home and to become part of a family. Every animal is up to date on shots and spay/neuter is required.

Go meet their pets

We are open 7 days a week by appointment. Weekends are preferred. Come see our waggin' tails and happy faces on 22 acres with large runs and a 5 acre play area. Email to ask for directions and to make an appt.

More about this shelter

We started rescuing dogs in 2001 and became a non profit animal rescue in 2006 out of the sheer need to save animals from the streets, and pick up the ones dropped at our doorstep. We promote spay/neuter, and last year found forever homes for 129 animals from our location, and adopted over 400 through off site adoption..
