My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bailey is about a four year old black Labrador Retriever that was saved by a good Samaritan who kept her from being left behind after her previous owner was moved to an assisted living facility. Bailey is up to date on all vaccinations, spayed and house trained. She loves people, car rides, going on walks and playing in a secure large yard. She has lots of energy but also loves to cuddle. Bailey would prefer a home with no other dogs and no cats. Labs are great family pets and companions. She loves to go for walks but would also like to snuggle with you on the couch. Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

We have a simple contract ensuring that our rescue will be well taken care of, medically and physically, will never be tied or chained, and that a secure fenced area is provided for outdoor play. We want for each a loving home and to become part of a family. Every animal is up to date on shots and spay/neuter is required.

Go meet their pets

We are open 7 days a week by appointment. Weekends are preferred. Come see our waggin' tails and happy faces on 22 acres with large runs and a 5 acre play area. Email to ask for directions and to make an appt.

More about this shelter

We started rescuing dogs in 2001 and became a non profit animal rescue in 2006 out of the sheer need to save animals from the streets, and pick up the ones dropped at our doorstep. We promote spay/neuter, and last year found forever homes for 129 animals from our location, and adopted over 400 through off site adoption..
