Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Bella
Breed: Mixed
DOB/Sex: May 16th, 2022/F
Known Health Issues: None at this time.
Good With: Dogs! Cats! Kids!
NO DOG PARKS
Bella is an active young puppy now ready to find her forever home! As she will need to complete her vaccination series with our rescue vet, the successful adopter must be willing to bring her to her appointments at Martindale Animal Clinic, St. Catharines.
Bella is a rambunctious, active puppy, but not over the top. She enjoys adventure, and exploring, and is happy to accompany you on a hike, but will likely need picked up and carried periodically, as she tires much more quickly than her brother Pépé.
Bella is more reserved, and takes a moment to warm up to new people, but it doesn't take her long! She is incredibly sweet, and enjoys cuddles, and will shower you with kisses. She likes to be with you, but is independent enough not to be clingy. She has taken to crate training more quickly than her brother, but can still be vocal on occasion.
Having been born outside, and living outside 24/7 until arrival in rescue, Bella lives the outdoors! Though she isn't big into water (yet), she's climbing, and exploring, and happy to go anywhere with you! She will make a wonderful active family companion for the right match. If you enjoy the outdoors, hiking, and camping, Bella is your girl!
Her breed mix is unknown. Each puppy in the litter is very different in appearance. Her maternal grandparent was apparently a Great Pyrenees, and the entire litter has rear dewclaws. But suffice to say, she and her siblings are good ol' Canada Mutts, and should be judged by 'the dog in front of you', and not by what may or may not be in there. I anticipate her to be 60-80lbs at maturity, but this is a guess, and not a guarantee.
Bella's adoption fee includes her full puppy series of vaccines, fecal test, deworming, wellness blood test, spay, microchip, and flea/tick/heartworm prevention.
All adopters are required to attend formal dog training classes upon adoption.
All adopters are required to obtain, and maintain pet insurance for their new companion.
Message to start the process! Bella hopes to hear from you soon!
