Meet Blueberry! Blueberry is a perfectly pint-sized terrier mix who bonds hard with her people. She can be a little shy when she first meets you, but with the help of some yummy treats, she trusts quickly and then you’ve got a friend for life! Blueberry would love to go to a home with a retiree or someone who works from home and can let her out for potty breaks throughout the day- she does her best to hold it but nobody’s perfect! Blueberry does well with other dogs of all sizes as long as they are respectful of her space. Because of her smaller size, homes with older children (12+) would suit her best. Don’t miss out on the chance to make this sweet girl your new best friend!

Your Current Pets - We do require that all of your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.
Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a homecheck prior to adoption.
