Cindy is from a rural West Virginia shelter where adoptions are low and intake is high. She is a very friendly girl. She is 3 years old and weighs about 12 pounds. Cindy likes everyone. She gets along with all types of dogs and loves to play with them. She is playful but not hyper. She enjoys playing fetch. She is crate trained. She likes to snuggle. She does fine with cats.

Cindy's adoption fee is $250.
