Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Dolly. Poor girl is losing her zest for life as she lingers here month after month. A shelter is no place for an older lady who only knew love for her entire life, until her elderly owner could no longer care for her.
Dolly is a beautiful dark tabby about 11-12 years old. She is active, 4 paw declawed and super friendly. Dolly is also a chatterbox and a real loving girl who can also be a little bit independent at times. Dolly will love a quiet household where she can be an indoor kitty and would LOVE a lap to lay in for TV time.
Dolly and Pinky came to us as two bonded girls. Sadly, they are here due to their owner going into a nursing home. We thought they had to be adopted together but realize now that's not necessarily true. The shelter is no place for seniors so we are hoping there's a quiet and loving home for their golden years to play out. Even an independent living facility or nursing home would be a great option for these two beautiful girls.
Please make an appt to meet Pinky and Dolly. Cats are $75 (plus $12 for rabies tag if you reside in Macoupin County) which includes full vetting, microchip and spay/neuter. 💚
