IDGSR WELCOMES CALLIE INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!!!

This sweetheart is Callie, she is approximately 1-year-old, Female German Shepherd mix Puppy.
Callie was found on the streets of Memphis by a good Samaritan, he found her on a busy street running in and out of the road, she is so lucky she did not get run over.
This darling is now safe with us in a wonderful foster home and doing well. she is friendly and such a sweet little thing that is learning some manners and basic obedience (sit, down, come, wait). She knows the word “no.” She likes to go for car rides and looking out the window. Learning to play fetch, which she loves, and it is so much fun, she is still curious about cats so at this time not cat tested, Callie has not had a lot of interaction with small kids but so far has been positive, but again it has been a small interaction with children. Callie is very smart and is now fully kennel and house trained, she is good with dogs and really is just a lovebug once she feels safe with you which takes all of 5 minutes as she can be a little shy, bless her. She would make a wonderful running/hiking partner and be a very loyal and faithful companion. She really is a special girl, and all this beautiful baby girl wants is a home where she feels loved, please help her find her dream home. A home filled with love and laughter.
As always, we recommend basic training to all not only is this good for your new dog but for you too, as this is a wonderful way to bond, and it is so much fun.
Training is imperative for any new dog going to a new home, not only for obedience but also for trust and respect.
