Meet Cosmo, a 3-year-old Doberman Pinscher who is looking for his forever home!
Cosmo is a black and rust Dobie who is neutered. He has cropped ears (one is straight up, and the other is floppy) and a docked tail. He is microchipped and up to date on all his vaccines. He is currently being cared for by the Doberman Pinscher Rescue of PA.

Cosmo is an excellent family dog who bonds strongly with his family. He is a fast learner and is highly food-motivated. He behaves wonderfully at the vet and has no resource-guarding issues at all. He is very protective of his people and loves making them happy.

Cosmo will need an experienced, strong leader to teach him proper reactions to new situations and people in the home. He is very excitable and needs consistent training with firm, steady commands to know when to be calm.

Ideal adoption candidates will have experience with Dobermans or other large working breeds.
Ideal home environments will have a fenced in yard in a quiet area with minimum vehicle and pedestrian traffic. No young children and would do best as an only dog. No cats.
