What can we say about Scoot? First, this BIG BABY has a lot of love to give and would love nothing more than to be in a comfy foster home or to find his forever home.

Scoot REALLY loves people. He loves car rides, laying his head on your shoulder and will take every opportunity to be a giant lap dog. He is a great walking partner and even a great jogging partner. He walks perfectly on a leash and jogs at a slow, steady pace. He will play fetch in the yard with you, go swimming on occasion and isn't even bothered by thunderstorms (please don't ask him to walk on wet grass though - not happening!). What more could you want in a pup?

No need to buy dog treats for this big boy, Scoot LOVES his fruits and veggies. His favorite summertime treat is watermelon, but he also really loves the crunch of big carrots and celery. He uses his paws like a human to hold them and eat them. He is just too cute.

Scoot also knows many tricks - he can 'high five' without a treat and knows 'UP' and will stand on hind legs. He is extremely smart and also loves the 'den' of his crate.

Everyone that has met Scoot adores him and sees how affectionate and loving he is. He is a 5 year old, 60lb boxer mix and would love nothing more than his own family.

Scoot prefers to be the only dog in the home and would really love someone home often and active.

Scoot is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped and on monthly prevention. His adoption donation is $300.
