Meet Scarlett a Cairn Terrier with the sweetest and most darling personality who is looking for her forever home.

Scarlett loves to hang out with her foster family, whether it is gardening, taking a walk, or just curled up watching a movie with you.

Scarlett was an owner surrender and came into a shelter program after her owner was done breeding her. Scarlett has been in a foster home for the last 3 months as she had a horrible flea allergy that is now all healed up and has been spayed.

Scarlett is house broken and will wait patently for you to get home to tend to her bathroom needs.
