Rascal's mission in life so far is to find out how much he can get into! He has lots of energy but loves affection as well. It's not hard to get this boy purring!

Rascal has a handsome orange and white tabby fur coat and amber eyes. He's scheduled to be neutered very soon but can be adopted anytime and can still keep the appointment.
