Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Happy
American Eskimo Spitz
11lbs
Approx 12 years old
Happy was rescue from a breeder hoarder situation. She was living outside in a dirt pen exposed to all the elements with a small dog igloo to share with several other dogs. We were in the process of loading up other dogs and Happy kept jumping up on us with her little tongue hanging out begging us to take her too. So of course we loaded her up and to the rescue we went with 6 new dogs in tow.
Happy was used for breeding purposes and had developed several mammary tumors. Her tumors have been removed and came back "mixed" meaning they are benign but had some abnormal cells that could cause problems if not excised. Her new owner need to watch her mammary gland areas for new masses in the future.
She does not have any teeth. So she is on soft food.
Good with other dogs. Very sweet. She is crate trained but house trained is doubtful considering the conditions she came from.
Up to date on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, on flea and tick prevention, just finished heartworm treatment and on prevention.
