My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MargotPup MargotPup oh we love MargotPup

Margot is a 7month old Australian Cattle Dog pup who has been in our care since she was 24 hours old. In that time, Margot has had ACL surgery to correct a congenital tear and has fully recovered. She now LOVES to RUN and JUMP! Margot enjoys sunbathing more than anything on this planet and she does her best sits for the promise of a thrown ball! Margot is a very petite 29#. Margot needs an immediate FOSTER or FOSTER TO ADOPT ADULT ONLY home with a fenced yard and no other dogs.

Margot had a family who loved her very much. She became scared of their youngest kiddo and it was a terribly difficult turn of events for her to return to our rescue. However, for all involved it was the only course of action. That family has graciously provided a board and train program for Margot that starts later this month. So adoption of Margot will include this confidence-building and basic command intensive training!

Everyone who meets this girl is immediately charmed by her personality and loving nature. Her antics then make you swoon. Watching her jump and play and even the way she sits will make you smile. Watching her RUN full out is the best though, especially if she’s chasing a bouncing toy! Applications for Margot can be submitted @maxxandme.org

Margot's adoption donation is $300, she is spayed, microchipped with all puppy vaccines and rabies.

Maxx & Me is an all-volunteer, all foster home rescue and do not have a shelter. Please allow at least 48 hours for applications to be processed (missing information may slow the process, so please take your time and be thoughtful in your answers). We place dogs based on best home for each dog and not order of applications received. Email us at maxxandmerescue@gmail.com for updates and questions. Thank you for choosing rescue.
