Apartment with mandatory leash requirements ----- Medical/Behavioral Needs: requires regular grooming ----- Additional Notes: Welcome Vance! This guy is a spitfire. He is so wiggly and bouncy. He has a lot of energy and would do best in an active home with a fenced yard to stretch his little legs as he zoomies around. He will take off if left unsecured, hence why he ended up astray I imagine.
