BLAKE II is a handsome 85 lb German shepherd who has had 2 families already and lost them to no fault of his own. We are hoping the third time is a charm for Blake. Family #1 turned him in at a crowded city shelter because he was “too old”. Blake was adopted by another man who considered him his “emotional support dog”. Unfortunately the landlord and Adopter didn’t see eye-to-eye and Blake found himself back at the city shelter where we scooped him up.
Blake has wonderful manners and is a happy, loyal dog. He knows basic commands and is housebroken. He is active for his age and really enjoys his outings. Blake has lived as an only dog - he may be okay placed with a laid back female dog but would be fine as a one and only.
Blake has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm tested. If you are looking for a wonderful companion apply to adopt Blake at www.companimals.org. Adoption $200.
