The gender of Snickers is unknown. But we will refer to Snickers as a male. He was surrendered to our rescue so he would have the opportunity to be adopted. There wasn’t much information disclosed to our veterinarian at the time of the surrender. He has been vetted and released to our rescue for adoption. He is settling in nicely and we have given him space to acclimate. He definitely needs an owner that knows how to handle large parrots. Someone who can continue to socialize Snickers. He is not going to come to you it’s going to take time for him to trust his new owner.
