PATTY

This blonde beauty is PATTY! Patty is a 6 yr old German Shep mix, weighs around 65 lbs, up to date on vaccines, spayed and microchipped.

This lovely girl is looking for a chance to have a family to call her own. She has been with the rescue for almost 3 years, and we don't know why. Patty is good with kids and people but may need to be the only dog in the home. She comes on strong with other dogs and acts a little obsessive and does not take a cue when the other dog wants her to back off. Her foster is working on this behavior. Patty is housebroken, crate trained, knows her basic commands and has excellent house manners. She is not destructive, enjoys sunbathing playing with toys, walks well on the leash and rides great in the car. Patty has a prey drive and should not be in a home with cats or small critters Patty will fetch ia toy if tossed to her or is happy to entertain herself. She has a good solid bark and will alert bark when appropriate.

Patty has asked Santa for a home ito call her own and we are spreading the word to make her dreams come true!

We require an application. References are checked and a home visit is performed. Placement Director contacts the applicant and discusses the dogs in our program. There will be two meetings between the potential adoptive family and the dog before final transfer. We require a $400.00 adoption fee for Adult Dogs and a $450.00 adoption fee for puppies. This fee covers vaccines, labwork, microchip, and spay/neuter.

Sauver Des Chiens German Shepherd Dog Rescue is an all-volunteer, foster-based 501(c)3 organization based in Texas. At this time we service Texas and Louisiana. Our passion and our mission is to rescue neglected, unwanted, and abused German Shepherd and Large Paw Dogs with the goal of finding them a new permanent and loving home. All dogs receive full veterinary care, including spay/neuter, positive training and necessary behavior modification before they are ready to adopt. These dogs come from stressful circumstances and are give a few weeks to de-compress before being offered for adoption.
