Are you a night owl that is looking for a friend to visit with you into the evening hours? Look no further, Andie is the friend for you! She also dabbles in the occasional opera singing. This sweet little talkative friend is 6 yrs old as of 6/1/22 and front declawed. She is average size for a house cat, but is very dainty and ladylike! She is true to her cat nature and is nocturnal. She sleeps away hidden in the house most of the daylight hours, coming out to wander a few times a day and join the occasional zoom meeting. At around 4pm she emerges to have full conversations with her foster mom about when dinner will be served and what she is doing. Andie responds as if she is holding a conversation with you in varying sounds that almost make words. It is hysterical! She is usually talkative most of the night into the early morning hours. While Andie is a lover, she prefers to be near you talking rather than on you cuddling. Andie is very skeptical of her dog foster siblings, and prefers them not to be near her, but does this by talking to them in her angry tones instead of picking a fight. So a home with one submissive dog would probably suit her just fine. Her Human foster siblings are another story. She loves to sleep at the end of their beds or curled on their bellies. She does prefer that they not carry her around or hold her and she is almost offended when they do not respond when she talks to them. Andie is more into independent play, swatting around toys on the floor rather than playing with toys on a stick or batter operated toys. She will seek you out of she wants to be petted by singing and rubbing on your legs. Andie is a wonderful little girl and is very well behaved. She does have a sensitive tummy, so despite her love for food, she is being regulated to small meals throughout the day. This seems to prevent any issues. Andie really is a charismatic intelligent cat, who as I type this is visiting with me over tea and complaining about the closed doors in the house. While she does not want to be in all the rooms, closed doors seem to be something she does not like!
