Dogs: Kelby goes in our yard with another dog in our care. They don't engage in play but they coexist nicely.
Cats: Unknown - he can be tested

Kelby is a sweet, laid-back gentleman. His first love is food but he enjoys bum scratches from his favorite humans, too.

If you’re looking for a companion for leisurely walks around the neighborhood and snuggles at home, Kelby is your boy.

He knows how to sit and his little nub tail goes a mile a minute while he waits for his treat.

We do not adopt on a first-come-first-serve basis, but rather by the best match between dog and family, although we will factor in the order of applications if there are equally good matches.

Our adoption fee for adult dogs is $450 which covers the costs of vetting (spay, vaccinations, heartworm testing, preventatives while in our care, deworming and microchip) and any boarding or transport fees incurred in each dog's rescue. Senior dogs are $250.
