Dogs: Geppetto is attached at the hip with his best dog friend, Conner. They play chase, wrestle, and exchange kisses.
Cats: Unknown - he can be tested

Geppetto is a happy, sensitive, sweet boy.

He can be a little nervous with new situations but he finds comfort in sitting close to the volunteers and crawling into their lap for snuggles and kisses. He will paw at you if he thinks the cuddle session is about to end.

When Geppetto is in his element, he is playful, silly, and puppy-like. Once Geppetto is in his forever home and feels secure, he will blossom into the confident boy he is meant to be.

Geppetto knows how to sit and is quiet in his crate.

We do not adopt on a first-come-first-serve basis, but rather by the best match between dog and family, although we will factor in the order of applications if there are equally good matches.

Our adoption fee for adult dogs is $450 which covers the costs of vetting (spay, vaccinations, heartworm testing, preventatives while in our care, deworming and microchip) and any boarding or transport fees incurred in each dog's rescue. Senior dogs are $250.
